THE STUDIO
Welcome to my little studio on the beautiful east coast of Scotland. In my studio I work with sterling silver and unique stones.
My work is inspired by nature and all it has to offer; it is designed to captivate, crafted to last, blending artistry & craftsmanship with nature. As I work independently making pieces, I will be doing drops. This involves me designing and creating the pieces, from there I will let you guys know a date of when you can get your hands on them. On the day of the drop, the products I have made will be available and from there it’s up to you, so get them whilst you can!

It all started in a little coastal town in Scotland, with long dog walks along the beaches, catching sunsets along the way. Those walks very quickly turned into something else, once I stumbled upon sea glass. Every walk turned into a search on the shore line where I collected stunning pieces of glass - it felt magical.

I then discovered sea glass jewellery and an idea was sparked.
Over the next few years I immersed myself in research into silversmithing and jewellery design, integrating sea glass.

MEET LARA
Hey, I’m Lara, the creator of Leonara studio. I design and create all the jewellery.
Ever since childhood I have been very creative through art, photography, craft etc. I have always been inspired by nature and the elements, so creating unique sea glass jewellery was the perfect project for me to launch my career.
The name ‘Leonara’ is sentimental for me as it combines both mine and my mums name. She is the reason for my creativity, always encouraging me to delve into new crafts, experiment and share my work. My love of jewellery is also very much influenced by her always wearing gorgeous intricate designs as I grew up - typically supporting local makers.
I have spent a few years working on my business, from concept to design; teaching myself silversmithing, photography and design of my website along the way. I have loved my journey so far, including all the trials and errors, and I’m so happy with how far Leonara has developed and now I’m ready to share it with you. I look forward to developing Leonara over the coming years along with maybe showcasing some of my other creative products along the way.
