● Delivery times are estimates

6. Cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel and 14 days to return items.

Exceptions:

● Custom/personalised items

● Earrings (hygiene)

7. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

● 30-day right to reject

● Repair or replacement thereafter
